i purchase my micro max c-350 CDMA mobile and when i used i got some speaker problem. then i went to mobile shop they said u have to go service center for remove that problem.
after that i went at sevice center

they said come after 2 hours and take your mobile. but from 14/01/2010 to right now did not get my handset now they are saying we don't have company speaker. if you will say hurry then we do more late.
i purchased that handset on 07/01/2010 (Micro max c-350 CDMA)
if they can't repair and can't give service to customer then why company going to them authority for service.
what should i do in this case???
