Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus in India Soon
Samsung Mobiles have announced the successor of their most successful smartphone, Galaxy Ace. Its successor will be Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus. This ;latest Android powered smartphone by Samsung will be powered by a 1Ghz Processor, 5MP Auto Focus camera, 3.65 Inch capacitive touchscreen, 3G, Wi-Fi, 512 MB RAM and internal storage of 3GB. Galaxy Ace Plus launch in India is expected by March 2012 at an approximate price of Rs.16000 to 17,000
Size
and Design:
The design of Galaxy Ace Plus is very much
the same as the original Ace. It has a simple straight forward look with shinny
Black exterior. Ace Plus weighs just 115 g with a total depth of 11.2mm. It is
62.5mm wide and 114.5mm long. The phone also features the touch sensitive
controls.
Display:
Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus features a TFT
capacitive touchscreen having a resolution of 320*480 pixels on a 3.65 inch
screen. The pixel density is just
158ppi. The display is not one out of the top drawer but the TouchWiz UI and
MultiTouch feature is encouraging.
Camera:
It features a 5MP camera having a
resolution of 2592*1944 pixels. The camera does have auto focus and LED flash.
It also has geo-tagging and face and smile detection feature. It is capable of
recording video having a maximum resolution of 800 x 480 pixels at 30 fps. The
phone doesn’t have any secondary camera.
Storage
Capacity:
The internal storage capacity of the phone
is 3GB. It also has a memory card slot for which supports micro SD card up to
32GB
Processor
and OS:
The processing power of Samsung Galaxy Ac e
plus is 1 GHz with a Graphics processor and 512MB of RAM. The phone runs on the
Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread).
Connectivity:
The phone has decent connectivity features
with EDGE and A-GPS support. It features Wi-Fi with DLNA and Wi-Fi hotspot.
There is Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP and micro USB 2.0
Battery:
It features a Standard Li-Ion 1300mAh
battery whose performance in the device is not yet been confirmed.
Other
Features:
Galaxy Ace Plus features FM radio with RDS,
it also supports Java via Java MIDP emulator, has integrated YouTube, Google
talk Picasa and Google Maps.

No HD recording, no front facing cam, there are lots of better smart phone than this
