Samsung has recently launced the Galaxy Tab2. It is the thinnest of the Tabs that Samsung has produced so far. The 7.0inch tablet features the latest Android OS v 4.0(Ice Cream Sandwich) on a 1GhzDual core processor Sandwich which is made especially for the tabs. Samsuunghasn’t really made immense changes in this model compared to the previous oneas far as the processor, camera and screen resolution is concerened.
Samsung Galaxy Tab too has a sleek design.It weighs 344g and has a depth of 10.5mm. The Tab is 122.4mm wide and 193.7mmlong.
Galaxy Tab 2 features a PLS LCS capacitivetouchscreen having 16M color support. The 7.o inch screen has a resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels with pixel densityof 170 ppi. It supports multitouch and is powered by TouchWiz UX userinterface.
Galaxy Tab 2 has a 3.15MP camera that iscapable of recording images with maximum resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. Itfeatures Geo-tagging and smile detection. The video recording ability is excellent with 1080p video at 30fps. Italso has a secondary VGA camera.
The Tab is available in different versionsof internal storage capacity including 8, 16 and 32GB. It also has a micro SDmemory card slot that allows for memory extension up to 64GB.
