Micromax mobiles is now picking up pace and coming out with more Android phone to keep with the demands of the Indian market. Recently they have expanded there Superfone series with the launch of Micromax A45 and A52.
Micromax A45 comes with AISHA voice recognition feature that we earlier saw in the A50 ninja phone from Micromax. The Android powered smart phone is going to be one of the lowest priced smart phones in the Indian market. Here a look at the specifications and features of the phone.
Size and Design:
Micromax A45 features an elegant design with glossy exterior. It is quiet sleek and light weight, weighing just 120g. It is 13mm thick, 63mm wide and 115mm long. All in all a decent looking design for a low priced smart phone.
It features 3.5 inch TFT capacitive touch screen having a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The pixel density of 165ppi ensures a reasonable quality display.
The phone has a 2MP camera with maximum image capturing resolution of 1600×1200 pixels. There are not any image enhancing features in the phone neither a secondary camera. It is however capable of recording video.
Processor and OS:
Micromax A45 comes with Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) coupled with a 650 MHz processor.
It has decent connectivity features following IEEE’s Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n standard. It also has Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP and micro USB v 2.0. It supports 3G and EDGE. The phone has dual SIM capability running two networks simultaneously
