Micromax Canvas Turbo

Going with the specifications, Canvas Turbo features a 5-inch 1080p IPS display from SHARP. It runs on Android 4.2.1 JellyBean and 1.5 GHz MediaTek MT6589T Quad-Core processor lies under the hood further supported by 2 GB RAM. The internal memory of Canvas Turbo is 16GB in which there is a division of 1GB for the installation of apps and 12.5 GB will be available to users. There is no provision of expanding the memory provided by Micromax.

The Micromax Turbo flaunts a 13 mega-pixel snapper at its back & a 5 mega-pixel front facing camera. The snappers have the capability to record and playback Full-HD videos. Additionally, the smartphone has the usual set of connectivity options and sensors. This is a Dual-SIM device with one slot being micro-SIM and the other one being a regular SIM card slot.

Micromax has provided the Canvas Turbo with 2,000mAh battery that it claims to provide a talktime of 7 hours and 105hrs on stand-by mode.

After hiring Hugh Jackman aboard as an Official ambassador and featuring him in a teaser video for Canvas Turbo, the device may well be appreciated globally but nothing can be said right now. On pen & paper, the smartphone looks promising enough.
Micromax A250 Canvas Turbo will be available from October 26 in India for a price of Rs 19,990.
