Satya Nadella, previously the head of cloud services at Microsoft has now been appointed as its new CEO succeeding Steve Ballmer. Nadella who was born in Hyderabad, India has become the third CEO at Microsoft.
Nadella was the strongest candidate among other prominent candidates listed to take up the post of CEO and from heading Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise group he will now head the multinational corporation. Bill Gates on the other hand has been assigned as the Technology Advisor of Microsoft.
